SEPT 27 | Columbia vs Georgetown: First Ever Cancer Awareness Game — Join us live at Wien Stadium to launch the WeCancer movement.
Location: Robert K. Kraft Field at Lawrence A. Wien Stadium, New York, NY 11:00 AM EST
The Bob Gilmartin Cancer Foundation is proud to partner with Columbia University Athletics for our first official event. Fittingly, we begin where Coach Gilmartin poured his passion and strength — on the football field.
At Columbia’s home opener against Georgetown, we’ll honor Coach Gilmartin’s legacy and raise awareness in the fight against cancer. Fans, alumni, and families will come together not only to support the Lions, but also to stand united in our mission: Empowering Hope, Fueling Strength.
Event Highlights:
Recognition of Coach Gilmartin and his “Hard to Kill” mantra
Cancer awareness initiatives throughout the game
Opportunities to learn more about the foundation’s mission and programs
Ways to get involved and support WeCancer.com
This event is more than a game — it’s the beginning of a movement to carry Coach Gilmartin’s perseverance into the fight against cancer.
Join us on game day and be part of the legacy.
