About Coach Bob Gilmartin
Bob Gilmartin was more than a coach — he was a mentor, leader, and friend who embodied perseverance and grit. Known for his mantra “Hard to Kill”, he faced his cancer diagnosis with the same strength he brought to every practice and every game.
His philosophy was simple:
“Train your body and mind, and never quit just because things get difficult.”
“In life, no matter what it is you do, leave the place better than you found it.”
